Kagabo Nkubiri is a Rwandan filmmaker and impact-driven creative producer dedicated to telling culturally resonant African stories on the global stage. He has led cross-country projects in Rwanda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, creating films like *Rusaro* that challenge social norms and showcase Rwandan talent. Through collaborations across African industries, he works to innovate Rwanda’s film landscape and position storytelling as a driver of cultural pride and economic growth. Recently, he co-founded the African International Short Film Market (AISFM), an initiative promoting and facilitating the distribution of underrepresented short-form content across the African continent.
